Products, prices and availability
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. Any destination-specific import charges are described in our shipping policy. Product pages describe characteristics, quantity, size, availability and any preorder conditions. Manufacturer packaging changes do not change the product, size or quantity purchased. Information needed to purchase must be available before ordering. Contact us before purchase for questions about ingredients, allergens or specifications.
Orders and payment
You can check products, quantities, address, delivery method and total before submitting the order. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order summary is sent by email; keep it for support. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents fulfilment, we contact you to agree a solution or refund amounts due. We do not substitute a different item without your consent.
Shipping and collection
Our shipping policy sets out costs, destinations, processing and transit times. Frozen items are available only for collection where offered at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they or their designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receive the goods, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently appointed by the consumer and not offered by the seller. Contact us about non-delivery; statutory rights remain applicable.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. Our returns and refund policy explains procedures, costs, exceptions and refund timing. A discount or classification as food does not by itself exclude withdrawal.
Legal guarantee and complaints
Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Contact info@emmimarket.com with the order number and issue for damaged, incorrect, missing or non-conforming products. Photos can help assessment but do not replace or limit legal rights.
Privacy and use of the website
Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order details. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Applicable law
Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual country of residence where applicable. Consumer disputes remain subject to the courts designated by consumer protection rules.
