Traditional Preparation
- Sieve about 1–2 g of matcha into a cup.
- Add 60–80 ml of hot water at about 70–80 °C, not boiling.
- Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk, preferably bamboo, until a light foam forms.
- Enjoy immediately.
Matcha Latte Preparation
- Dissolve 1–2 g of matcha in a little hot water.
- Add about 150–200 ml of hot or cold milk.
- Mix well and sweeten to taste.
- Serve hot or with ice.

Storage
Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
After opening, close the jar carefully and consume within a short period to preserve its colour, aroma and freshness. For optimal storage, it can be kept in the refrigerator, avoiding humidity and strong odours.

Matcha naturally contains caffeine. Consume in moderation, especially if sensitive to caffeine.
Do not use boiling water, as excessively high temperatures can make the taste too bitter.
