Shipping Information
Shipping destinations and charges
Available delivery options depend on your address and the products in your cart. Checkout displays the available service and total charge before payment. We do not currently ship to the United States. Products marked as frozen / collection only cannot be shipped by courier.
Italian destinations: delivery to Calabria, Campania, Sicily and Puglia is available. Delays are possible in Emilia-Romagna; contact customer service for information about your destination.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Transit then takes approximately 2–6 business days in Italy or 3–15 business days to supported EU destinations. The estimated total is therefore 4–11 business days in Italy or 5–20 business days in the EU. Holidays and exceptional circumstances can affect these estimates. Pre-orders follow the timing stated on their product page.
